As a product that born from local culture analysis, the building tried to apply traditional principle and adapting architecture with its surrounding by combining traditional with indische and modern architecture into a functional public building. It also tried to be a contextual building by using local material as a structure or even as an accent and accommodate local lifestyle such as “guyub” or gathering culture for being a place to provide a big scale public facilities for any event.
