As a renovation of an existing building, Lumina House’s user is a couple of senior but yet they’re still in a very good shape because of their hobby to do some physical exercise such as gym, cycling, and yoga. The renovation intention also to create a comfort house but still maximising the space without changing the main structure even there are some changes in its program and plan from the original layout.
